It’s available to us all, in every moment, if we remember who we are. In years of coaching and therapy I’ve heard the same story. Sometimes it presents as a ‘Superwoman’ identity to show their power to the world, sometimes, as ‘holding back on their own dreams’ or sometimes in answering the question ‘how are you?’ with a meaningless ‘fine’, ‘OK’, or ‘alright’. The truth is, we can forget who we are, in trying to live up to everyone else’s expectations, for fear of being judged, we become someone else.
When you’re trying to change the world, like many of you are, the task is already hard enough, without your own internal pressures. Lean in, rediscover who you are, connect with your truth, and let’s FEEL IT together.
