To continue the success of the 2020 and 2021 Women in BIM Mentor Scheme, we are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead the Women in BIM Mentor Scheme programme.

As the Women in BIM Mentor Lead you will became part of the Women in BIM Core Team, to manage the programme on an annual basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Programme Management
• Coordinate Mentee/Mentor application process
• Lead on the selection and matching of Mentors/Mentees
• Facilitating all Mentor and Mentee requests for support
• Manage all correspondence with Mentors/Mentees

This essential voluntary role will be responsible for the successful continuation of the 2021 cohort and will begin planning the next for 2022.

The hours required per month will vary, there is more work at the beginning and the close of the programme, your time will be allocated more at these periods. With less time required during the middle stages of the programme after the matches have been made.
