Beyond their professional achievements, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to mentorship and community engagement, fostering collaboration and empowering the next generation of women in BIM.

As New York Regional Leads, they have successfully organized initiatives that connect professionals, encourage diversity, and inspire the next generation of female leaders in the field.​This award highlights their outstanding impact, both as industry leaders and as advocates for inclusivity and innovation.

​The BWAF Leadership Awards Benefit is scheduled for Thursday, April 3, 2025, at The Shed in New York City, where Yafei and Miryam will be celebrated alongside other remarkable leaders in the AEC industry. This recognition not only highlights their individual achievements but also underscores the collective impact of women driving positive change in the built environment.​
