Women in BIM are always interested in supporting the industry in the uptake, processes and key themes that currently populate the industry on a global level. As a result, we have decided to move into a more progressive stage and reignite our project around Roles and Responsibilities in digital.

We feel that as a group there are challenges in the world around the type of role, clearly defined responsibilities, and remuneration for women in either BIM or digital AEC roles. We are developing a strategy around how this can be measured in order to ensure we address wider challenges, such as the gender pay gap.
