WIB once again partnered with Sydney Build this year, as it is the only event in Australia to offer 300+ accredited presentations, 500+ exhibitors and incredible networking opportunities for all of Australia’s construction, architecture, engineering and infrastructure industries.

On Day 1 Jenny moderated the WIB panel discussion: Women in BIM and Digital, where she was joined by three other female industry BIM and digital construction leaders, Raquel Reznicek Centkiewicz Chisel, Sydney Studio BIM Lead at Cox Architecture, Nidhi Sharma Principal, Digital Design & Delivery at Mott MacDonald and Ligia Trindade, BIM Manager at WSP.

Each of the speakers provided great insights into their personal career journey and progression, covering topics such as the importance of mentorship and tips for the future generation to stay curious and always seek new job experiences.

Jenny said: “We still face many challenges, however, with positive outlooks and an increased visibility of female role models within the digital sector, our digital culture has a better prospect to champion the changes in organisations throughout Australia and around the world.”
