Join WIB for some exciting presentations on #attractingwomen #digitalrequirements and #diversity as well as providing an opportunity for informal networking and sharing of knowledge across our sector.

5.00 – 5.05pm – Welcome to Country & Safety Moment, Fara Mosavari, BIM Manager, Beca
5.05 – 5.15pm – WIB Introduction (Virtual), Rebecca De Cicco, Global Chair, Women in BIM / Principal, Digital Enablement, Aurecon
Rebecca will give a presentation on the drivers, projects and key initiatives involved in the Women in BIM group. As a global group she will dissect the current activities as well as events we host, touching on the importance of gender diversity and how WIB can support greater diversity across the digital built environment.
5.15 – 5.30pm – Beca Presentation, Andrea Hughes, Business Director, Beca
Andrea will discuss how Beca are supporting more women into the #AEC industry to move to senior positions and how we retain this talent and skills within the built environment.
5.30 – 5.45pm – BIM in Government: OPV & Victoria’s New Digital Contracts, Leila Mirkalaei, Systems Data Engineer, Opv
This presentation will cover what role the Victorian government is playing to drive digital requirements for industry and what benefits it expects to achieve through new standard contract terms.
5.45 – 6.00pm – Q&A
