New for Women in BIM is our “Women in BIM Live” event series, where we will be inviting subject matter experts to share key learning on the topics influencing the built environment today.
We begin with how we can leverage AI to bridge existing skills gaps and have invited global training and development specialist Andrew Johnson, Associate and Learning Lead at Okana as our first guest.
Moderated by Vicki Reynolds, Women in BIM Strategic Advisor and Technical Director at ONE Creative environments (ONE) , during this hour of learning, Vicki and Andrew will look at how the construction industry addresses the long standing skills gap due to an ageing workforce, evolving technology and the increasing demand for specialised expertise.
Andrew will further explore how traditional training methods struggle to keep pace with industry needs, creating an urgent need for innovative solutions.
