The Future Building & Infrastructure Summit (FBIS26) is an industry-led forum dedicated to transforming how complex building and infrastructure projects are delivered across Australia and New Zealand.

Returning to Melbourne for the first time since 2020, the event moves past high-level theory to focus on practical, real-world solutions that drive project productivity, workflow reliability, and cross-sector collaboration.

The summit brings together government leaders, asset owners, head contractors, design consultants, digital delivery professionals, and researchers to explore how systems, leadership, and digital tools intersect to improve built environment performance.

Day One features keynotes, panel sessions, and real project case studies. Whilst Day Two includes practical training, with a series of hands-on, expert-led training workshops designed to build immediate capability.
