A Master’s in BIM Management and Integrated Delivery deepened her ability to align digital strategy with real-world outcomes. Willow currently works client-side on global data centre programmes, developing intelligent information strategies and future-ready frameworks. As Founder of ThreadPoint Studio, she crafts imaginative learning experiences that make the built environment and its hidden systems accessible to the next generation. She also serves as Global Education Lead for Women in BIM, championing inclusive access to digital skills across the sector.
