Lilian Ho

Lilian’s expertise includes digital strategy, BIM, information management, automation, AI architecture and workflows, ethical AI, digital leadership and organisational transformation across major capital and infrastructure programmes.

She is the founder and Programme Director of the world’s first MSc in Artificial Intelligence for Architecture and Construction at ZIGURAT Institute of Technology, delivered in collaboration with the University of Barcelona. Working with an international faculty of more than 25 professors and AI specialists, she supports professionals in applying emerging technologies responsibly and effectively throughout the built environment lifecycle.

Lilian is also an international speaker, published industry commentator, mentor, awards judge and STEM Ambassador. She actively contributes to professional communities including CIOB, Women in BIM, Women in Tech, Women in AI and UN Women. Her achievements include being selected as a Top Five Global Finalist for AI & Data Science Leader of the Year 2025 and earning recognition as a WE50 Award winner in 2026.
