Mobilising digital: How TMR is actioning BIM at scale

This presentation will explore how the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) across major transport projects. Attendees will gain insights into digital delivery practices spanning road, rail, and active transport initiatives, including how these efforts are preparing infrastructure for the Brisbane 2032 Games. The session will also examine the journey from pilot projects to embedding BIM as business-as-usual within a government setting, highlighting strategies for scaling digital innovation in complex, high-stakes environments.
