About us.

– Reports

When the Women in BIM initiative was set up in 2012, our aim was to provide support for female professionals in BIM-related roles within the digital built environment and to create opportunities for their voices to be heard.

The world we live in is rapidly changing – whether that be technologically, socially, environmentally or economically – but right now, there’s never been a more critical time for us to be a better and different kind of community.

WIB was established to be a force for good in the BIM community and this is what we continually strive to be. We want to make a difference to our Members, both professionally and personally, and help create positive change.

As a not-for-profit organisation, the purpose of the WIB Annual Report is to provide public disclosure of our operating and financial activities over the past year. The report contains our core objectives and drivers, and performance and highlights over the past 12 months, whilst looking ahead to the year to come.

We seek to continually grow our WIB community and reach new regions to support women in BIM-related roles.
