Her career began in Information Management, where a focus on governance, data integrity, and structured processes laid the foundation for her work across complex programmes. She later earned a Master’s in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Management and Integrated Delivery, refining her expertise in aligning digital strategies with practical outcomes.

Willow currently works client-side within the data centre sector, supporting global programmes through intelligent information strategies and future-ready digital frameworks.

ThreadPoint Studio, a digital storytelling and education initiative focused on making the hidden world of data, infrastructure, and technology accessible to the next generation through imaginative learning experiences.
