For over 25 years, I have been passionately building my career in the construction industry. As the CEO of FRESCON, a European leader in BIM consulting, I lead a team that delivers modern and efficient solutions to support the execution of international construction projects.

My professional journey began with an apprenticeship in Germany, where I gained hands-on experience on construction sites as a plasterer and stucco worker. It was a true school of life that allowed me to understand the foundations of the construction industry and learn the importance of precision and quality at every stage of a project.

After earning a degree in engineering management, I continued my career in Ireland, working as a project manager and gaining experience in construction project management and team leadership.

In 2008, after returning to Poland, I joined Frescon, where over the years, I took on a leadership role responsible for the company’s development. In just a few years, Frescon became a leader in the BIM industry. Today, the company consists of a team of 25 specialists delivering ambitious construction projects on an international scale.

In 2022, I completed an Executive MBA at the UCD Smurfit School of Business in Dublin, expanding my expertise in strategic management and gaining knowledge that enables me to effectively lead the company in a world full of challenges.

As a representative of the Women in BIM group in Poland, I am actively involved in initiatives that support women in establishing and strengthening their position in the BIM industry, creating a space for professional growth and breaking down barriers.
