Nicole works as Global Management for Women in BIM. She ensures the day to day global activities of the group are executed and is passionate about gender diversity across the digital built environment.
She works as a Digital Project Manager at DBM Vircon and has worked in digital engineering for a number of years, supporting the team in their project management, coordination and delivery. Her work is focused on digital support, management and innovative ways to support the team in providing support on meeting deadlines and achieving dedicated tasks. Nicole also supports ensuring that the delivery and training projects utilise data to communicate the relevance of skills and resources as well as ensuring tasks are tracked and projects are managed effectively.
